Welcome to PlayzLots Python Academy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayzLots Python Academy website, located at playzlots.info, and all content, services, and products available through the website (collectively, the "Services").

2. Course Enrollment and Access

2.1 Course Enrollment

Upon enrolling in a course and making the required payment, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

2.2 Access Period

The access period for each course is specified on the course enrollment page. Unless otherwise stated, access to course materials will be provided for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment. For subscription-based access, your access will continue as long as your subscription remains active.

2.3 Access Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with others
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or modify the course materials
• Transfer the course materials to another person or "mirror" the course materials on any other server
• Use the course materials for any commercial purpose
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment page. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) used in connection with any purchase.

3.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our refund policy.

3.4 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PlayzLots Python Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

4.3 Restrictions

• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text

PLAYZLOTS Python ACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYZLOTS Python ACADEMY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
