At PlayzLots Python Academy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our courses and services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
By purchasing any course or subscription from PlayzLots Python Academy, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our courses and want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our one-time purchase courses.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 One-Time Course Purchases
For one-time course purchases, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content (includes videos watched, quizzes taken, and assignments submitted)
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
2.2 Subscription Plans
For subscription-based access:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team
- When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription (not a renewal), you may be eligible for a full refund if you have accessed less than 10% of the available content
2.3 Learning Pathways
For our structured Learning Pathways programs:
- A 14-day refund period applies from the date of enrollment
- You must not have completed more than the first module of the pathway
- Any included mentoring sessions that have been used will be deducted from the refund amount at their individual retail value
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Individual mentoring sessions that have already taken place
- Digital downloads (e-books, cheat sheets, code templates, etc.) that have already been downloaded
- Courses or pathways marked as "non-refundable" during the purchase process
- Group training or corporate packages (these are subject to the terms outlined in the corporate agreement)
- Courses purchased as part of a promotional bundle or at a heavily discounted rate (more than 40% off the regular price)
- Subscription renewals after the first billing period
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email our support team at support@playzlots.info with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order number
- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Submit your request within the eligible refund period
4.2 Processing Time
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving a valid request. Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account
5. Refund Amounts
5.1 Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued when:
- Your request meets all the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2
- Technical issues on our platform have prevented you from accessing the course content, and our support team has been unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe
- The course content significantly differs from the course description at the time of purchase
5.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when:
- You have completed between 25% and 50% of the course content, but have valid concerns about the course quality
- A portion of the bundled content is non-refundable (e.g., mentoring sessions that have been used or digital downloads)
- The refund is requested after the standard refund period but within 30 days, with valid extenuating circumstances

6. Subscription Cancellations
6.1 How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your PlayzLots account
- Navigating to "Account Settings" → "Subscriptions"
- Clicking on "Cancel Subscription" and following the prompts
- Alternatively, you can email support@playzlots.info with your cancellation request
6.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will not be charged for the next billing period
- Any downloaded materials may still be accessible, but online course access will be revoked at the end of the billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time, but may be subject to current pricing (which may differ from your original subscription rate)
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or use our courses, please contact our support team immediately. If we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund period.
7.2 Course Updates and Changes
We regularly update our courses to ensure they contain the most current information. While we make every effort to maintain the advertised content, minor changes may occur. Significant changes to course content may extend your eligibility for a refund.
7.3 Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you experience a major life event (such as a medical emergency, natural disaster, or significant family emergency) that prevents you from completing a course within the refund period, please contact us with relevant documentation, and we will review your case individually.
8. Abuse Prevention
To maintain the integrity of our refund policy and ensure fair treatment for all students, we monitor for patterns of refund abuse. This includes:
- Multiple refund requests across different courses
- Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
- Completing a significant portion of the course before requesting a refund
We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who we determine are abusing our refund policy.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.
